Leaving an abusive relationship

Help with divorce or separation. It includes making plans for the children, money, and housing. It also covers child contact and where the children will live.

Problems with an ex-partner: children or money

Includes contact with children, where children live; money; when an ex-partner doesn’t follow court orders or agreements. Also if you’re worried about a child; child taken or kept without your permission.

Threats, abuse or harassment by someone who is not a family member.

Housing, homelessness, losing your home

Includes being forced to leave your home, problems with council housing, if you’re homeless or might be homeless in the next 2 months.
